Marketing and Public Relations

• Compile a list of locations in the area of our concerts where we can distribute our flyers and hang our posters
• Organize a team to distribute our material – brochures, flyers, cards, etc.
• Identify and contact potential program advertisers

Concert Support

• Assist at concerts with tickets and ushering
• Assist at Family Concerts with the Instrument Petting Zoo
• Assist with extra-concert plans and post concert receptions
• Assist with backstage activity for conductor and musicians

Administrative Assistance

• Assist with mailings
• Assist with copying and filing
• Assist the New Phil librarians with music preparation
